Though rural and secluded with stunning mountain views, you’ll find it hard to believe you are just minutes away from great restaurants and local cafes, several golf courses, vineyards, art galleries, local skifields and the historic gold mining town of Arrowtown.  Queenstown airport is just an easy 15 minutes drive away.

Cottage (up to two people using main bedroom):
NZ$250 per night  (All Year Price)
Minimum 3 night stay

Cleaning fee $100 per stay 

Additional Guests:
NZ$30.00 per night, (per person/extra bed used)

Continental Breakfast Basket (optional):
NZ$20.00 per person
Includes: Homemade muesli/cornflakes, stewed fruit (from our own orchard when available), yoghurt, orange juice, freshly ground coffee and English Breakfast tea, bread for toast and homemade jam.

Check-in Time: After 3.00 pm (or by prior arrangement).
Check-out Time: 11.00 am. If you require a later check-out time, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We require payment in full by internet banking on confirmation of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancellation advised 30 days from arrival. After that we will refund any nights we are able to rebook.

Cancellation Policy:  50% deposit required at time of booking.   Balance of payment required 30 days from arrival date.  If booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, we reserve the right to charge for any nights we are unable to re-let but will refund any nights re-let.  We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. If your travel is disrupted by a government Covid19 restriction, any monies already paid will be refunded in full.
